Preheat oven to 230-degree C.
Prepare with adding to the potatoes, turmeric ghee, salt, rosemary and garlic. Rub and toss, to evenly coat the potatoes and garlic with ghee and salt.
Spread the potatoes on a roasting pan and cook for 40 minutes until potatoes are cooked and browned.
Serve immediately.
Tip: Use Plain Ghee, Turmeric Ghee, Roasted Garlic Ghee, Herbes De Provence Ghee and Chilli Ghee alternatively to cook the same old potatoes with a different flavour and aroma each time..!
